Interros Group and Reksoft, one of the leading independent Russian developers of digital solutions, have entered into a partnership agreement to form a leading independent player in the Russian digital consulting market, software development and implementation of digital business transformation projects. As part of this partnership, Interros is acquiring a 40 percent stake in the technology company. The founder and co-owner of Reksoft, Aleksander Egorov, will be the managing partner, controlling more than 50 percent of the company’s business together with the company’s management.
