Reksoft shared experience of developing solutions for omnichannel loyalty system

On July 18, AmCham St Petersburg PR Committee convened to talk about Digital Solutions for Communications Automation.

Reksoft is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg. The representative of the company was Tatyana Ezhova, a project manager, she told about development of a buyer’s unified personal account for the O’KEY omnichannel loyalty system.

The uniqueness of the solution lies in combining online and offline sales. For example, an O’KEY buyers can look through promotional and personal offers, use the loyalty card, accumulate stickers and spend bonuses. Besides, the retail chain client will be able to analyze the history of online and offline purchases, to see at a glance the amounts of money paid and saved.

 Reksoft has been cooperating with O’KEY Group since 2014. During this time, we have developed an online store, mobile applications and implemented unique concepts of buying and issuing orders.

 Reksoft solutions for O’KEY Group of companies were repeatedly honored with high awards on a national level. The personal integrated account concept for the O’KEY mobile application has been recognized as the “Project of the Year” within the contest held by Global CIO – the largest official community of IT Directors of Russia.
