Every year, IT directors community chooses best projects of the year. In 2018 Reksoft won an award as nominated for the «Mobile apps». The project-winner is a mobile app for Gazprom Gas Stations Network.
Award-winning app is designed not only to support Gazprom brand awareness but to give company’s clients fast and safe access to the information on the loyalty program, bonuses and sales. Every client can easily check up-to-date gas prices on each gas station. To make every road trip comfortable, the app contains a map with network’s gas stations locations and additional information.
In order to speed up release process, this task was accomplished by a special cross-functional team, which included: product owner, scrum master, iOS developer, Android developer, designer, analyst and tester all working in Scrum framework. The team presented new features at the end of every 2-weeks sprint and delivered changes through AppStore and Google Play.
Thereby, the team managed to release 25 updates for both platforms and reach desired functionality in just 9 months.
The new digital channel will leave a positive impact on client’s interaction and will help to enlarge Gazprom clients base with new customers.
