Reksoft’s 2025 revenue grew by 9% YoY, reaching RUB 7.35 billion rubles under IFRS standards. Such business growth was primarily driven by projects in transformation consulting and custom development, as well as integrated projects where management and technological expertise complement each other. Last year, the number of such projects increased 2.5-fold. Among industry offerings, the most sought-after services in 2025 were digitalization for the financial sector and manufacturing.
For the third consecutive year, the business of Reksoft’s consulting division—Reksoft Consulting—has consistently ranked among the top three revenue-generating practice areas. Last year, the team worked on large-scale projects in operational performance, procurement and supply chain management, and integrated planning. A number of AI transformation projects started. A large portfolio of development strategy projects was also delivered for federal agencies and authorities, and the company expanded its presence in the agricultural sector.
The custom development department, upon whose capabilities all Reksoft’s industry verticals—banking and finance, manufacturing, energy and utilities, retail, insurance, transport and logistics, and the public sector—are reliant, contributed over 65% of the company’s revenue. The experience and expertise of this department were recognized by the market. Reksoft ran first in the CNewsMarket ranking of Russian companies for custom software development. The ranking assessed participants by almost 100 criteria, including developer capacity, technology stack, functionality, and pricing. In 2025, the department was strongly focused on applying generative artificial intelligence technologies in development. Last year, the company set up the Reksoft AI Hub corporate platform, which covers more than 15 packaged applications for streamlining business tasks. This solution also enables clients to integrate advanced AI tools into analytics, design, development, and testing processes.
Across industry sectors, Reksoft’s leading business activity is the automation and digitalization of mining, petrochemical, energy, and manufacturing enterprises. In 2025, projects were initiated in the food industry, which is new to Reksoft. The highest growth rate within this segment (25%) was achieved by the industrial automation department, which runs automated process control systems (APCS), optimized process control systems (OPCS), and MES. Growth drivers included projects focused on replacing foreign vendors’ equipment and software, standardizing APCS within holding structures, and implementing operational dispatch control systems. In addition, the company sees growing customer interest in objective production control systems using machine vision and artificial intelligence. Special emphasis is placed on information security in industrial automation.
A major achievement of 2025 was a series of high-tech projects for the mining sector. Last year, Reksoft delivered such products, as the world’s first industrial use of UV spectrometry technology for process control in non-ferrous metallurgy, and an AI-aided flotation control system. For underground mining, piloting began on a robotic rock breaker that replaces humans in areas where risks and natural conditions are particularly unfavorable.
In terms of industry-based revenue, Reksoft’s second-largest sector is the financial services sector, which demonstrated a 20% growth in 2025. This sector was focused on projects to migrate legacy systems to an advanced technology stack. A significant portion of these projects were run using Reksoft’s AI Code Scope platform for code-related tasks. Projects were also underway to prepare client systems for the digital ruble and provide for compliance with CBR regulations. Reksoft’s team was also involved in open API projects for client banks. It is noteworthy that the fintech department’s expertise is also in demand in international markets. In 2025, Reksoft completed a transition strategy design project for BankDhofar, the largest bank in the Sultanate of Oman by branch network, moving from a monolithic to an advanced microservices architecture using an AI-First approach. The project was recognized as the best in the Generative AI Solutions international category at the Global CIO’s Project of the Year competition.
Among Reksoft’s new departments, the information security department had a dynamic start in 2025 by delivering a number of projects including penetration testing, compliance audits for personal data and critical infrastructure information security requirements, and IS system design.
