in 2005, Fujitsu was experiencing high maintenance costs associated with its UK-based development centre. To reduce these while retaining optimal performance, and without disrupting its service, the company looked to outsource its web service support services to an offshore provider. Fujitsu’s plans to transfer a number of its essential business systems to the latest Microsoft platform demanded that a prospective partner would possess proven expertise in Microsoft technologies.

As a Microsoft Gold-certified partner since 2002, we began by establishing a maintenance centre staffed with IT professionals fluent in English and German. Supported by a project manager working from our Munich office, the project group trained a Fujitsu team up to full competence in MOSS 2007, and accomplished the complex integration of the client’s MOSS and SAP R/3 platforms. We continue to provide ongoing, onsite system maintenance and support on web services.
