Reksoft develops a new version of adaptive online store website for O’KEY hypermarket channel

Reksoft completed the development of a new version of adaptive online store Okeydostavka.ru of a major Russian food retailer O’KEY.

Okeydostavka.ru today is not just an online store but also a constantly evolving One Retail platform one-space, one-audience. It is important for retailers to adjust to the needs of their customers who are increasingly buying online. Based on the survey conducted by PwC 79% clients regularly purchase goods online using mobile devices*.

Within the framework of the project Reksoft developed an updated fully adaptive version of Okeydostavka.ru website optimized for different types of mobile devices. The project required a new application development that takes into account all the variety of client devices and serious work to create ergonomic design. The logic of presenting the main elements of the portal, user’s convenience with pop-up windows as well as when using electronic loyalty cards and making card payments were considered. In addition to that discreet display of promotion offers was introduced, product catalogue was optimized. As a result, customers of O’KEY can enjoy a user-friendly version of the familiar website addressing all their needs.

Cooperation of O’KEY and Reksoft began several years ago with the launch of the first domestic food online store Okeydostavka using IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. Afterwards omni-channel Android and IOS mobile applications and a unified User Account for both the online store website and the mobile applications were launched.

Optimizing Okeydostavka.ru website for mobile devices is the next phase in partnership between Reksoft and O’KEY. The results of the project clearly demonstrate that long term teamwork leads to verified results for the client and improved user experience,  commented Alexander Egorov, the General Director, Reksoft.
