This option has been developed for start-ups and mid-sized companies looking to establish nearshore operations where risk sharing and high value-added production are essential. Reksoft has years of experience working with start-ups, accelerating the time to market for new products and ventures and has proven capable of offering optimal outsourcing package for SMEs.

Full Outsourcing Solution

Reksoft can provide full outsourcing solutions to clients wishing to enjoy the benefits of captive nearshore operations (in part or in whole), but lacking the local knowledge necessary for establishing their own nearshore operations. Reksoft delivers services at significantly reduced costs while addressing the complexity of managing human resources, legal, tax, and economic issues for distributed application service delivery. Once established, operations can be transferred to the client in accordance with the client’s outsourcing strategy. We offer different models of cooperation, such as joint venture and build-operate-transfer (BOT) options.

Project Outsourcing

Reksoft is capable of performing individual turnkey deliveries or several project life-cycle phases, such as prototyping, design, development, and testing.

We offer project outsourcing services on the basis of the following models:

• Fixed price (FP)
• Time and material (T&M)
• Time and material with a budgetary limit
• Combination (e.g. prototyping - T&M, then FP development)
