Evolving Systems and Reksoft Announce Partnership
Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier markets, and Reksoft, a Russian systems integrator and IT reseller, today announced their joint agreement to market Evolving Systems' products in Russia and members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Under the agreement, Reksoft will act as a systems integrator and reseller for Evolving Systems' service activation, mediation and number management solutions to fixed and mobile communications carriers. As a reseller, Reksoft will also provide local delivery and after-sales support. Evolving Systems' products include: - TertioTM Service Activation suite - A high performance, multi-domain, next-generation service activation solution;
- NumeriTrack® - A full featured, number management solution used by service providers to manage their telephone number inventory;
- EvidentTM - A convergent mediation solution, supporting voice, data and content services.
The Russian and CIS telecoms market is experiencing an unprecedented boom period as the region continues to benefit from the effects of relative political and economic stability. Ongoing structural reforms and rising local and foreign direct investment have strengthened both the fixed and mobile sectors and the introduction of fresh telecoms legislation has created an environment of dynamism and optimism.
