The operator needed a dedicated customer care application for servicing the prepaid subscribers, since the standard PPS packaged solution does not support the required business processes. Since the features to be developed, required a deep knowledge of the RTBS (Real Time Billing System), HLR MML, and application domain, Reksoft was chosen as the subcontractor.
Initially intended as a customer requests tracking system, the developed system evolved into a full-scale subscriber provisioning and service switching service. Build upon a modular architecture, it contains several mediation devices to HLRs, PPS, Off-line database, and other IT systems. Moreover, this customer care application includes a high performance batch processor. The service is capable of serving 500 terminal sessions simultaneously.
As the next step, the server part of the system had been integrated with a 3d party CRM for post-paid subscribers.
