Reksoft was chosen to design, develop and implement a document management system. Among the main challenges of the project were the complicated business processes (based on eTOM) and the lack of functionality of the existing document repository, used by the Customer.
Reksoft developed a Business Process Management System based on EMC Documentum BPM which includes a document archive. While implementing the system, Reksoft developed a methodology and procedures for identifying, describing and uploading the business processes into the system.
The system capacity exceeds 100 users, with over 70 (90%) fully automated business processes. As a result, the Customer reduced the system's TCO, made the internal processes transparent, and process management - flexible.
