Analysts have finally realized that it is no longer correct to contrast and compare just the countries, as outsourcing locations. The next natural step is to compare cities or particular regions. For years we are promoting St. Petersburg, Russia, as a special location, that suites European nearshore outsourcing best. Moreover, local government does a lot to promote the city as an IT Export region of the country. So, our efforts are rewarded.
