Russian Software Makers Play Ping-Pong!

The Software makers of St. Petersburg gathered on Saturday, July 21st, for a city-wide software developers' Ping-Pong Tournament!  Eight corporate teams (four members each) competed for ‘the gold': Sun Microsystems, JetBrains, Reksoft, KrasnaYa, DataArt, Radioavionika, i-Free, Starup (ALMWorks + VisualSVN).

According to Svetlana Vereshagina (Marketing Manager, Systems Integration BU), captain of the Reksoft team, our hardest game was with Sun Microsystems, who ended up placing first in the tournament.  Reksoft did its best in the games, exhibiting heavy team support and came out third in the overall contest, which we are very proud of :)

Congratulations, Reksoft team! ISS Art is a fast growing software development company based in Omsk. We have recently started out Ping-Pong trainings and will organize internal tournament soon. I believe we will train ourselves a lot and would be happy to visit St.Petersburg next year and play with your team and other contest participants. Or even invite you to come to Omsk ;) Let's see how will win!
