Founder of Technoserv, Russia’s largest systems integrator, Alexey Ananiev became chairman of Reksoft’s advisory board in 2008. Alexey brings profound business and technology knowledge to Reksoft and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.

Chief Executive Officer at Technoserv Consulting since 2009, Yuri Baev has been a Board Member at Reksoft since 2008. Earlier, Yuri held a position of Executive Director at Technoserv, and has also held senior positions at Reebok and United Distillers & Vintners. Yuri holds an Executive MBA degree from Warwick Business School, UK.

Sergey Korneev has worked at Technoserv since 1994, when he joined the company as a sales manager. Since 2009, he has overseen Technoserv’s integration activities, and in 2010, he was appointed to Technoserv’s board of directors. Sergey brings a wealth of knowledge in mobile telecommunications to his position on Reksoft’s board.
Sergey holds an MSc in engineering and technology from the Moscow State Aviation Institute.

Alexander Egorov co-founded Reksoft in 1991 with two university friends. As CEO from the company's inception, he oversaw the growth of the business from a small start-up to a professional software engineering services company with more than 350 employees worldwide.

With over 20 years' experience leading an expert team at Reksoft, Alexander has unparalleled professional knowledge of the global software engineering and outsourcing business.

Alexander plays a leading role in advancing the Russian IT industry as a whole, as permanent board member and twice-elected chairman of the Russian Software Developers Association (RUSSOFT). He also serves as board member of Technoserv Consulting, one of Russia's largest IT consulting firms.

Mr. Egorov holds an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
