Alexander Egorov co-founded Reksoft in 1991 with two university friends. As CEO from the company's inception, he oversaw the growth of the business from a small start-up to a professional software engineering services company with more than 350 employees worldwide.

With over 20 years' experience leading an expert team at Reksoft, Alexander has unparalleled professional knowledge of the global software engineering and outsourcing business.

Alexander plays a leading role in advancing the Russian IT industry as a whole, as permanent board member and twice-elected chairman of the Russian Software Developers Association (RUSSOFT). He also serves as board member of Technoserv Consulting, one of Russia's largest IT consulting firms.

Mr. Egorov holds an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

As director for business development for the Nordic region, Ekaterina Zabelinskaya is responsible for acquiring new and developing existing partnerships with clients within Scandinavia.

Having worked for Reksoft in the region since 2001, Katya has a wealth of knowledge on the outsourcing process and a deep understanding of how to benefit clients over the long term.

Katya holds a Master's degree in International Economics. She is a recognised expert on cross-border trading, performs her role at Reksoft’s offices in Stockholm, and speaks English and Swedish.

As director of software engineering at Reksoft, Igor is involved in every aspect of the research, development, testing and delivery of the company’s software products and services.

Igor joined Reksoft in 1995 as a research assistant, before rising through the organization to become head of production and director of software engineering.

Igor holds a MSc. in Automatic Control Theory.

Meik Baumeister oversees the company’s business development and operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He possesses extensive software engineering outsourcing experience as well as business process outsourcing and he combines this background with his consulting and leadership skills to secure and advance nearshore engagements.

Meik has 18 years of experience in the IT and outsourcing field, with 12 years of management experience in IT and business consulting.

Prior joining Reksoft, Meik worked in a number of management positions at international IT consulting companies like IMPAQ AG and Computer Science Corporation (CSC).

As director of business development for Russia and the CIS, Evgeny Odintsov is responsible for acquiring new and developing existing partnerships with clients within the region, and is aided by a strong practical background in software engineering.

Prior to joining Reksoft, Evgeny was head of Expert Analitika, a consulting company that implements information systems in SMEs, based in Moscow.

Prior to this, he was sales director at Moscow-based consulting company IDS Scheer, which specialises in providing corporations and public organisations with sophisticated business process management tools.

As Reksoft’s director of human resources, Olga Barmash oversees all aspects of people development and retention at Reksoft, implementing HR practices designed to increase employee productivity by aligning employee and company goals.

Prior to joining Reksoft, Olga has been working as an HR director with various multinational companies and holds an impressive experience in HR practices.

Olga speaks English and French and holds a degree in Linguistics.
